Sleeves: The stitches should be cast off at the end of the sleeves and not placed on a holder.
On the chart, the moss stitch in the background inside the cable motif has been charted the wrong way round, so where there is a knit stitch it should be a purl and vice versa. The moss stitch around the outside of the cable is correct. Here is a corrected pdf file of the chart: Download Minaret Chart pdf

Amend chart as follows: Remove one knit stitch from the left edge of chart on each of rows 1 to 9. Left edge for this section is now mirror image of right edge with heart instead of star symbol. Remove all of row 1 from Chart.
Change written instructions as follows: Row 1 (RS): As written except that you are following row 3 on chart (not row
1). Right edge is worked SSK, K3 (first half of row), left edge is worked K4
(first half of row), then after the centre decrease, the right edge is worked
K4 (second half of row) and the left edge is worked K3, K2tog (second half of
row). 545 sts.
Row 2 and all even rows: Knit (not shown on chart).
Row 3: Work from chart row 5 as established. 541 sts.
After completing row 184 on the chart, the stitch count should be 185 sts (not
181 sts). The following 2 rows need to be added after this:
Next row (RS): SSK, K89, Sl 1, K2tog, psso, K89, K2tog. 181 sts.
Next row (WS): Knit.
